Business Cards – Letterpress Printing
Here are some great cards I designed for Todd Turner back in October. I really love the simplicity of these cards, understated design and beautiful Letterpress printing.
After a bit of research on Letterpress printers here in Sydney and in Melbourne I found some really good printers. Unfortunately though it still seems to be a bit of a niche market here and the print quotes reflected this …a bit high. Seeing that the client wasn’t pressed for time I decided to extended my research to offshore printers and eventually settled with a great boutique Letterpress printer doing nice work out of the US. Budget wise the client got a great deal at less than half the price of any local printers.
The cards are printed on a bulky 600gsm cotton stock so they not only look great but feel great too.
For anyone who would like to know I had these cards printed by Hoban Press.
Hi – Would you be okay with providing the name of the company you used? Really keen to get some classic printing done but the prices I’m being quoted here (Melbourne) are quite high. Compared to the regular printing prices, it’s staggering!
Thanks!
Sam.
hi, nice designs well done – if you have a moment the contact for the US letterpress would be great :)

Hello! Would really appreciate if you could disclose the name of the printing company you went with. Am in the midst of rebranding and would soon like to get my business cards letterpressed.
Thank you!
Caryn
Hi – I’m also after the company if you’re happy to disclose :)
Hi,
I am currently looking for somewhere to print my new business card design. I have been looking at letter press options in Melbourne but it is incredibly pricy. Any chance you could put me in touch with your source in the US?
Regards,
Luke
